Valkyrie lives a very isolated life atop a floating island called Navi. They don't have much interest in the continent beneath them, as Val works tirelessly to uncover their ancestors' intentions. Well, no interest until hundreds of residents began disappearing, all with a tie to an immigrant named Tally. Tally introduces Val to the lower world, which is bleeding and torn apart. Their journey takes them across the supernatural world of Ikiko, towards a common goal--one that showcases how Val isn't quite human.
